At the onset of this journey that has become Gallo's Tap Room, one thing has remained constant from day one…to take bar food, and the idea of what bar food is "supposed to be" and show people that even the simplest of foods, with a little extra time and effort, can become an experience. When you see fresh on this menu, we mean it. Our sides, sauces, and Mayo are made in-house. All our chicken is fresh, our soups are homemade, and our deli meats are sliced fresh daily.
We ask for your patience as we do not use
microwaves or pre-package foods.
